When you purchase from Alex Coppel Photography you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise that you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been purchased, you are agreeing to abide with these terms and conditions.

PRIVACY

Personal Details – Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Alex Coppel Photography Pty Ltd.

SECURITY

Alex Coppel Photography does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by Stripe, Inc.

PRICING

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST (unless stated for overseas deliveries). Alex Coppel Photography reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Like what you see but we don’t’ have the size or materials? No problem (hopefully!).  Please contact sales@alexcoppel.com and we will get back to you as we can discuss your needs and come up with a solution.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards. 

PRODUCTION TIME FRAME

All items purchased are made to order in Melbourne, Australia. When purchasing in Australia, please allow up to 14 days shipping in metropolitan areas.  Please allow a little longer for regional and country areas, although we hope to get them to you as quickly as possible and hopefully within the same time frame.  Once your items are added to the cart you will be given an estimated delivery time. If in doubt please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Alex Coppel Photography are unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGES (within Australia only)

We are a small, Australian family-owned and run business.  All our unframed and framed prints are manufactured to order.

For this reason please note, there are no returns, or exchanges, for change of mind with our artwork. We don’t want you to be unhappy so if you have any questions or concerns about the product you’ve received please contact us at sales@alexcoppel.com.

All items are listed correctly online with their size and dimensions. 

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

Although online SALES EVENTS are rare we have a NO RETURN ON SALE ITEM policy. Please choose wisely.  We know you’ll love it.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

We recommend not hanging your item in direct sunlight as over time the picture may fade.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

Alex Coppel Photography Pty Ltd items are hand-produced in Melbourne using the highest quality products. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with great care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at sales@alexcoppel.com and we will organise a replacement for you.

Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened please note this with the carrier prior to signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns.
